Right - CW: 195 pounds
Down a total of 47 pounds in 8 months.
I’ve made a lot of changes in my life, but it’s been worth it. I went from being inactive and eating garbage to a healthy lifestyle and clean eating. I run 3-5 days a week and lift 3-4 days a week. 
Looking back at these pictures has been hard. I forgot how I felt then, physically and mentally. My confidence was low, my self esteem was shit, and I was angry and I had no idea why.
I don’t even feel connected to that person I used to be. We’re just so different. I’ve changed my outlook on life completely and I feel so much happier now.
Thank you to all the people who have inspired me to take control of my life :)

I am so proud of my husband! For changing his life and gaining confidence in himself again. He’s grown so much in the last year, and I’ve fallen more in love with him every day. <3 So proud of you babe!

Working towards happiness.

I’m breaking free from the idea that I need to be a size 8 to dress the way I want and embracing the idea that my curves make me look fabulous in my dream outfits.

I’m breaking free of this negative body image and embracing the idea that I can be on the journey of changing my body and still love my body.

I’m breaking free of this idea that the smaller my dress size the bigger my sex appeal is and embracing the idea that beauty isn’t a size.
